TJ has been North Oaks Golf Club’s Executive Chef since June 2018. His experience includes roles as Sous Chef at La Belle Vie, Executive Chef at Bartman Group, and Chef de Cuisine at Esker Grove in Minneapolis.
With nearly 20 years in the kitchen, Chef TJ blends classic dishes with fresh, creative flavors.
